If it's not Good and Good for You why are you doing it?
I often teach at Rancho la Puerta, the destination health spa in Tecate, Mexico. It's one of my favorite places on the planet. Senora Deborah, the founder and owner has a simple question that she uses to determine her path, "Does it enrich my life, or does it not?"
My entire whole mind, body, and spirit philosophy is, "If you are doing what's Good and Good for You more often than not, you're on the right track!
